Job Duties
Minimum Qualifications
College Degree (Bachelors Level) Accounting.
CPA; Big 4 public accounting experience.

Job Description:
• Manage state income and franchise tax reporting. This includes, but is not limited to:
o Coordinating preparation of annual filings
o Determination of estimated payment requirements
o Reconciliation of state tax liability accounts
o Preparation of quarterly state tax provision
o Preparation and monitoring of state FIN 48 issues
o Exploring tax planning opportunities to minimize state tax exposure
• Manage domestic transactional tax reporting
o Coordinate sales and use tax filings with the finance organization
o Serve as a technical resource for sales and use tax issues and queries
• Manage all state tax audits (income, franchise and transactional tax)
• Prepare unclaimed property tax reports
• Prepare Heavy Use Vehicle filings
• Manage property tax filings and payments
• Manage property tax audits
• Identify and manage incentive opportunities with state and local government authorities
• Prepare and file all domestic annual returns

Required Skills:

The Treasury Staff Accountant will work closely with the Treasury senior accountant and report to the Controller. The Treasury Staff Accountant will perform day to day treasury functions such as:
• Initiate ACH/Wires for payments to clients, vendors, financial institutions, and consumer refunds
• Circulate daily cash reports
• Transfer funds between bank accounts
• Prepare Cash Receipts summary on a daily basis
• Entry of treasury related journal entries
• Perform interest calculation
• Processing petty cash related checks and entries
• Process vendor checks
• Maintain Wire Profile sheet
Key Position Requirements : The qualified Treasury Staff Accountant should possess treasury related experience and should have a hands-on knowledge of Treasury Optimizer and experience with interacting with bankers. Candidate should be a team player. Experience in similar role for 1-2 years.

Summary:
