I am a University of Houston alumnus and have lived in the Houston area since 1990. I have a BBA from the University of Houston and an MBA at the University of St. Thomas. After I completed an internship with ON! Kommunikation in Cologne, Germany, I returned to the United States and began my career developing a new franchise concept for a major food chain. As Assistant Vice President of Operations, I directed all training and job development efforts. In 2001 I put my experience and skills to use in the recruiting industry as an Accounting and Finance Recruiter with an Executive Search Firm. I joined CFS as a Senior Recruiter, and have since developed relationships with some of Houston’s top companies. I have since been promoted to Branch Manager,   Area Director, Executive Search Texas (San Antonio, Houston, Dallas/ Ft.Worth & Austin) and most recently Senior Managing Director Executive Search / Branch Manager Houston.

I am also a former member of the Greater Houston Partnership’s  Ambassador Program and served on the Board of Directors for the University of St. Thomas Cameron School of Business Alumni Association. I am also a  proud Zeta Tau Alpha and AIESEC Alumni and a current member of VICTORY (American Cancer Society). I love to help raise money for cancer research! In my spare time I have also served as an Auction Big Board Chair for Cattle Baron’s Ball (raised over $300,000 in two years) and as a mentor for the Business School at UST and UH.

On a personal note: I am married to Wylan LeMaire, CPA, CIA, CFE. We have a daughter named Dakota Shea, a son named Dylan Beau, and two Basenjis named Harlie & Shiloh who all keep us very happy and really busy!
