Chief Financial Officer

Salary: Up to $210K Base + 20–30% Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Chief Financial Officer:

• Lead all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities
• Drive financial visibility around WIP, job costing, project profitability, margins, and operational performance
• Develop scalable financial controls, reporting tools, and business processes to support growth
• Partner with operations and executive leadership to support strategic decision-making
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing accounting and finance team
• Support acquisitions, integrations, and other key business initiatives

Qualifications for the Chief Financial Officer:

• CFO, VP Finance, or senior Controller experience within HVAC, mechanical, construction, specialty contracting, or other project-based environments
• Strong expertise in WIP accounting, job costing, project profitability, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Experience supporting businesses in the $30M–$100M+ revenue range
• Proven success building financial processes, controls, and teams in a growing organization
