Financial Planning Analyst

Salary: 80,000 to 110,000 plus bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Financial Planning Analyst:

• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, actual costs, commitments, and cost-to-complete projections.
• Perform budget-to-actual analysis, variance reporting, and financial forecasting for development projects.
• Maintain project financial data, purchase orders, commitments, change orders, and cost coding within the ERP system.
• Reconcile information across ERP systems, spreadsheets, project schedules, and source documentation.
• Support lender draw requests, reimbursement tracking, and management reporting.
• Partner with Accounting, Development, and Engineering teams to provide forward-looking financial insights.

Qualifications for the Financial Planning Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, development finance, project controls, construction accounting
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, project cost tracking, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Acumatica or comparable ERP platforms preferred.
