The Opportunity

As Finance Director, you’ll be the strategic financial leader responsible for safeguarding the organization’s resources and driving sound fiscal strategy. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure fiscal integrity and operational efficiency
  • Manage grant funding, restricted accounts, and compliance with federal, state, and donor regulations
  • Present clear, actionable financial insights to leadership and the Board to guide decision-making
  • Lead annual audits, develop internal controls, and maintain financial best practices

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including leadership within a nonprofit or mission-driven organization
  • Strong knowledge of nonprofit fund accounting, budgeting, and grant management
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to partner strategically with senior leadership and the Board

Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical developers, the Finance Business Analyst ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout subsidiary onboarding and system integration.
