Overview of the Role:

• Lead month-end close processes, journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and perform reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Prepare and analyze project gross margins, cost of sales, and profitability.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for regional operations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Maintain ERP master data and support system improvements.
• Collaborate with AP to ensure accurate invoice coding and vendor payments.
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and fixed asset management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience in a plant or project-based environment.
