Senior Accountant – Consolidations & Financial Reporting

Accounting for all share-based compensation, including expense, balance sheet, rollforwards/reconciliations and disclosures
Preparation and review of SEC footnotes and disclosures
Review of XBRL tagging completed by third-party vendor for accuracy and completeness
Prepare quarterly and year-end investor presentations
Assist in the preparation of the board materials
Preparation of internal reports
Preparation of cash flow statement
Consolidated review and analysis of intercompany balances
Accounting for various accrued liabilities and prepaid items
Journal entries, reconciliations and analysis for the areas mentioned above
Interfacing with internal and external auditors
Evaluating processes for continuous improvement and efficiencies and suggesting change where needed
Researching accounting issues related to the areas of responsibility
Performing internal controls for areas of responsibility and ensuring that controls are appropriate and adequate under Sarbanes-Oxley requirements

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting (CPA preferred);
2-3 years experience in public accounting or 4-5 years relevant industry experience within accounting field (Big 4 Accounting experience a plus);
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP accounting requirements;
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
