- Our client has grown to over 20 statewide programs and several hundred employees
- EBITDA and Revenue has increased by 17% and nearly 60%, respectively, in the last 4 years.
- This is the first of a number of acquisitions and they have projected future significant growth. The CFO will provide overall strategic direction and oversight of all accounting and financial operations; manage banking and private equity relationships (including cash management and internal reporting); and direct oversight of 3rd Billing Party billing and reimbursements
Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience at the Senior Executive level
- Must have for profit healthcare industry experience
- Recent experience with 3rd Party Billing and Reimbursements (Medicare, Medicaid), and multistate Healthcare
- Private Equity experience a plus
