What you will be doing….

• Prepare accounting for derivative financial instruments, renewable energy credits, consolidation, cash flow statements, and variance analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of SEC reporting documents, such as 10-Q/K and Form 8-Ks.
• Support the effort on complex transactional accounting matters where needed.
• Regularly review FASB and SEC pronouncements, appraise the financial reporting team
• Support the accounting processes and ensure control compliance for technical accounting matters: debt transactions, hedges, and stock-based compensation.
• On an as needed basis, provide operational accounting support to the business segments.
• Work closely with the SOX team
• Support the effort on assigned financial reporting process improvement initiatives by helping execute project strategies and plans.

What you need to bring to the table…

• Bachelor’s in accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills
• Microsoft Dynamics and One Stream would be a plus.
