What you will be doing……

• Regular bookkeeping maintenance in QuickBooks
• Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
• Record and match customer invoices and payments
• Record and match vendor/supplier bills and payments
• Prepare periodic financial statements
• Basic human resource management
• Assist with state sales tax

What you need to bring to the table….

• 5-8 years of general accounting experience
• Proficiency in Quickbooks is a huge plus
• Construction/manufacturing experience preferred
