HR Manager – Central Houston –

Our client is a best-in-class provider of property services for Texas homeowners associations offering services to condos, townhomes and other communities! This role will sit within the Corporate Accounting team in the Westchase office. It will report to the financial services manager and has no direct reports. We are a team of financial service professionals looking for support during this high-growth phase of our company.

Responsibilities of the HR Manager

  • Lead, manage and train HR team members
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment
  • Development and evolution of company policies and procedures
  • Work directly with clients related to on site personnel matters
  • General office administration
  • Coaching and mentoring for all roles and team members
  • Conduct trainings on various subjects

Desired skills and experience:

  • 4+ years of management, payroll and HR experience
  • Advanced understanding of basic employment law (FMLA, ACA, TItleVII, etc..)
  • Professional communication skills
  • Bachelors degree from accredited university
