Overview of the Bookkeeper Opportunity:

• Recording receipts and disbursements
• Cash reconciliations
• Preparing financial statements
• Preparing and processing payroll returns
• Presentation skills is a must
• Preparing sales tax returns
• Recording monthly brokerage statements
• Limited amount of weekly and monthly check writing/payroll
• Reconciling financial statements to issued documents such as Schedule K-1’s and Form 1099’s

Preferred Qualifications for the Bookkeeper Opportunity:

• Bachelor’s Degree preffered but not required
• 3+ Years of job related experience
