Responsibilities:
• Perform administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors by utilizing Word and Excel to type financial statements and other reports for Audit Department
• Proofread and edit typed copy with accuracy, both in wording of financial statements as well as using ten key to proof numbers
• Multitask and prioritize projects based on high volume and fast paced work environment
• Fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, filing and faxing
Education/Experience:
• High school diploma
• At least 2+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role, previous CPA firm experience highly preferred
• Extensive Word and Excel skills required in formatting and typing financial statements for Firm’s Audit clients
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Attention to detail
• Typing speed of 50 wpm+
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat, CCH Engagement software a plus
