Financial Reporting Manager for a Private Equity Fund –


 Managing the quarterly close of the partnerships books

 Preparation of quarterly unaudited and annual audited financial statements
 Research of technical accounting issues related to acquisitions, dispositions, financial reporting, and oil and gas accounting

 Direct interaction with internal and external auditors
 Direct interaction and reporting to executive management (including financials, budgets and forecast revisions)

 Direct interaction with investors
 Preparation of various reports (accordance with partnership agreement requirements) for fund investors on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

 Special projects as directed by the VP of Corporate Accounting and CFO


 CPA with 4-6 years of public accounting experience
 GAAP accounting and reporting experience
 Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel and Word in particular)
 Must have superior technical accounting skills
