Salary: 50 to 70K

Onsite for the first 60 to 90 days and then transition to a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities for the Full Cycle Recruiter:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Post and maintain job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms.
• Source, screen, interview, and identify qualified candidates for open positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offers, and hiring processes.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and support offboarding activities when needed.
• Maintain recruitment metrics, applicant tracking systems, and hiring documentation.
• Collaborate with HR and departmental leaders to ensure a positive employee experience.

Qualifications for the Full Cycle Recruiter:

• 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within construction, homebuilding, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
• Strong knowledge of interviewing, sourcing, onboarding, and hiring best practices.
