Key Responsibilities for the Sr. Accountant, Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting:

• Research technical accounting issues and prepare accounting position papers.
• Support quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K.
• Interpret and implement new accounting standards and assess business impacts.
• Ensure compliance with SEC regulations, US GAAP, and SOX requirements.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
• Assist with accounting policies, internal controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications for the Sr. Accountant, Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting:

• 5+ years of accounting, finance, or public accounting experience.
• 3+ years of SEC reporting experience.
• 3+ years of experience interpreting or implementing complex accounting standards.
• Public accounting background and strong US GAAP knowledge preferred. CPA Required
