Payroll Specialist
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 + 5% Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist:

• Process payroll across multiple entities
• Calculate wages, payroll taxes, commissions, garnishments, and deductions
• Partner with HR to ensure employee and benefits data is accurately maintained
• Prepare payroll-related reports and expense allocations for Accounting
• Resolve employee payroll inquiries and discrepancies
• Process employee expense reimbursements and maintain payroll records

Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist:

• 3-5 years of payroll experience
• Knowledge of payroll tax regulations, wage garnishments, and payroll compliance
• Experience calculating commissions
• Paycor experience preferred
• Multi-state payroll experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
