Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Oversee job costing, project profitability analysis, and portfolio financial performance.
• Manage WIP reporting, contract financials, billing oversight, and project closeouts.
• Partner with operations, project management, estimating, and accounting teams to improve project outcomes.
• Develop financial controls, dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive-level reporting processes.
• Identify project risks and recommend financial and operational improvements.

Qualifications for the Controller:

• 10+ years of construction finance, project accounting, or project controls experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience within heavy civil, infrastructure, utility, or construction environments.
• Strong expertise in job costing, WIP reporting, forecasting, cash flow management, and project profitability analysis.
