Salary: $145,000 – $160,000 + 15% bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Director of Financial Reporting (REMOTE):
• Lead SEC reporting, including 10-K and 10-Q filings
• Oversee GAAP and statutory financial reporting and disclosures
• Manage quarterly and annual close reporting deliverables
• Serve as the technical accounting lead on complex transactions
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Coordinate audits and act as primary contact with auditors and regulators

Qualifications for the Director of Financial Reporting (REMOTE):
• 10+ years of accounting/financial reporting experience (P&C insurance required)
• 5+ years of SEC reporting with ownership of filings
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of GAAP and statutory accounting
