Key Responsibilities for the Cash Application Specialist:
• Process and apply 100–125 cash transactions daily across multiple payment channels
• Reconcile cash receipts and ensure accurate posting to the general ledger
• Research and resolve unapplied cash, discrepancies, and payment variances
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve remittance and payment issues
• Support reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities

Qualifications for the Cash Application Specialist:
• 3+ years of accounts receivable or cash application experience
• Experience working in high-volume transaction environments
• Strong reconciliation and discrepancy resolution skills
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems
