Controller Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, consolidations, and general ledger activities
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Partner with executive leadership and PE stakeholders on financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and operational performance analysis
• Oversee external audit process, internal controls, and compliance initiatives
• Drive process improvements, automation efforts, and accounting best practices to support a growing organization
• Manage and mentor the accounting team while building scalable processes and developing talent
• Support acquisition integration activities, operational improvements, and strategic finance initiatives as needed

Controller Qualifications

• CPA required
• Prior experience within a PE-backed company highly preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities
• Experience leading teams, improving processes, and partnering cross-functionally with operations and leadership
