Fixed Assets Manager
Salary: $110K–$115K

Key Responsibilities for the Fixed Assets Manager:
• Manage fixed asset subledger, capitalization, depreciation, and CIP-to-asset transfers
• Oversee inventory valuation, cycle counts, and physical inventory processes
• Perform month-end close, reconciliations, rollforwards, and variance analysis
• Monitor equipment usage and capitalization vs. expense decisions
• Support audits and maintain internal controls and documentation
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support asset performance and forecasting

Qualifications for the Fixed Assets Manager:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in fixed assets and inventory accounting
• Experience with reconciliations, asset tracking/tagging, and close processes
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; CMIC experience preferred
