Staff Accountant

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 base + 10% bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
• Reconcile payments across multiple energy suppliers, ensuring contract accuracy
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies using Excel and internal systems
• Track transaction activity related to brokered energy deals
• Support commission calculations and validation for sales teams
• Manage expense platform (Navan) for accurate coding and compliance

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, cross-sheet analysis)
• Experience in accounting, finance, or analytical roles
• Ability to manage high-volume, detail-driven work
