Accounts Payable Specialist

Salary: $55,000 -$65,000

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Process high-volume vendor invoices across multiple operating companies
• Manage full-cycle accounts payable including coding, matching, and payments
• Maintain vendor records, W-9s, and 1099 tracking
• Support weekly payment runs and internal control compliance
• Reconcile AP subledger to the general ledger and assist with month-end close
• Partner with operating teams to resolve invoice and payment issues

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 2–5 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Experience in a multi-entity or multi-location environment
• Working knowledge of accounting systems (Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliations
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
