Senior Staff Accountant

Salary: $60,000 – $80,000/year plus bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Staff Accountant:

• Own monthly close, reconciliations, and core financial reporting
• Implement and manage job costing across fencing and decking projects
• Track margins and identify profitability issues at the project level
• Manage A/R, A/P, and near-term cash flow forecasting
• Improve accounting processes, systems, and reporting cadence

Qualifications for the Senior Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• Experience in construction or project-based environments (preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills
