Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership and employees to drive engagement, performance, and retention
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting and workforce planning efforts
  • Oversee performance management, coaching, and employee development initiatives

  • Manage HR operations including benefits, payroll, and employee relations

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of HR management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree + SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  • Strong communicator with solid organizational and problem-solving skills
