Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership and employees to drive engagement, performance, and retention
- Lead full-cycle recruiting and workforce planning efforts
- Oversee performance management, coaching, and employee development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain HR policies and best practices
- Manage HR operations including benefits, payroll, and employee relations
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of HR management experience
- Bachelor’s degree + SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Strong communicator with solid organizational and problem-solving skills
