Financial Analyst

Location: Southeast Houston

Compensation: $90,000 – 110,000

A growing construction/manufacturing company is looking for a sharp Financial Analyst to join their team. This role works directly with leadership and has real visibility into operations.

What you’ll do:
• Analyze financial performance & job costing
• Build budgets & forecasts
• Partner with operations to drive profitability
• Improve reporting & processes

What we’re looking for:
• 2–5 years of FP&A or accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Construction or manufacturing experience is a plus
