What you will be doing as the AP Clerk…

  • Coordinate vendor invoice distribution and ensure proper approval and coding.
  • Review invoices for accuracy before batch entry into our system, Jonas.
  • Facilitate weekly vendor payments through our system
  • Maintain vendor records, update information, and prepare 1099 forms annually.
  • Manage office supplies and assist with ROM account administration.
  • Support basic office equipment maintenance and conduct petty cash reconciliations weekly.

What you need to bring to the table as AP Clerk….

  • 5+ years of AP experience
  • Payroll experience is a HUGE plus

Non-profit, hospitality experience preferred
