What you will be doing as the AP Clerk…
- Coordinate vendor invoice distribution and ensure proper approval and coding.
- Review invoices for accuracy before batch entry into our system, Jonas.
- Facilitate weekly vendor payments through our system
- Maintain vendor records, update information, and prepare 1099 forms annually.
- Manage office supplies and assist with ROM account administration.
- Support basic office equipment maintenance and conduct petty cash reconciliations weekly.
What you need to bring to the table as AP Clerk….
- 5+ years of AP experience
- Payroll experience is a HUGE plus
Non-profit, hospitality experience preferred
