What You’ll Be Doing in This Position:
As the Bilingual Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the HR department for the organization, providing professional support across all plant locations. In this role, you will manage a variety of programs and initiatives, including:
- Recruiting, onboarding, orientation, employee relations, internal training, and performance management
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with staffing agencies to ensure personnel needs are met
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate employee records
- Developing and implementing facility safety programs
- Assisting in the identification and documentation of employee performance issues
- Conducting competitive research and analysis for compensation and benefits programs
- Leading the negotiation process with vendors for health, dental, life insurance, and retirement plans
Requirements for the Role:
- Bachelor’s degree or 5-7 years of direct experience
- Minimum 3 years of managerial/supervisory experience
- Prior experience in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in relevant payroll and accounting software
- Strong understanding of compliance and reporting requirements relating to compensation and benefits
- Experience preparing materials for presentation to leadership, including Board of Director-level presentations
- In-depth knowledge of base salary, market pricing, variable pay, data analysis, research, cost/benefit design modeling, and benefit plan design
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
