Duties and Responsibilities of HR Manager:
- Coordinate recruiting with all departments
- Handle onboarding process
- Manage Benefits for all employees
- Enter payroll deductions
- Develop Human Resources policies and procedures
- Oversees communication and delivery of Human Resources Policies to all employees.
- Directs operation of employee benefits programs and ensures compliance
- Oversees and manages all employee relations
- Analyzes, recommends, and coordinate training.
- Designs and presents the new employee orientation for staff members.
Job Requirements of HR Manager:
- 3+ years of HR experience
- 1+ years of management / supervising experience
