Duties and Responsibilities of HR Manager:

  • Coordinate recruiting with all departments
  • Handle onboarding process
  • Manage Benefits for all employees
  • Enter payroll deductions
  • Develop Human Resources policies and procedures
  • Oversees communication and delivery of Human Resources Policies to all employees.
  • Directs operation of employee benefits programs and ensures compliance
  • Oversees and manages all employee relations
  • Analyzes, recommends, and coordinate training.
  • Designs and presents the new employee orientation for staff members.

Job Requirements of HR Manager:

  • 3+ years of HR experience
  • 1+ years of management / supervising experience
