What you will do as a Senior Financial Analyst…..

• Support Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, and Operating Plan process
• Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
• Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports
• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management
• Integration of recent acquisitions
• Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments
• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
• Perform analytics over order to cash and procure to pay process
• In-Depth Cost accounting, inventory management, and Obsolete material reduction plans
• Prepare presentations to the Senior Management Team
• Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
• Assist with account receivable analysis and drive to improve DSO and past dues
• Work with key stakeholders such as sales, operations, and commercial to understand impacts on business as credit strategy is adjusted and find the balance between risk-taking and profitability 

What you need to bring to the table….

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A and/or Cost accounting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated
• Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members
• Good knowledge of Oracle finance system capabilities
• Good knowledge of EDI portals (Open Invoice, Ariba, etc.)
