What you will do as a Senior Financial Analyst…..
- Support Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, and Operating Plan process
- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
- Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management
- Integration of recent acquisitions
- Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
- Perform analytics over order to cash and procure to pay process
- In-Depth Cost accounting, inventory management, and Obsolete material reduction plans
- Prepare presentations to the Senior Management Team
- Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
- Assist with account receivable analysis and drive to improve DSO and past dues
- Work with key stakeholders such as sales, operations, and commercial to understand impacts on business as credit strategy is adjusted and find the balance between risk-taking and profitability
What you need to bring to the table….
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A and/or Cost accounting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated
- Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members
- Good knowledge of Oracle finance system capabilities
- Good knowledge of EDI portals (Open Invoice, Ariba, etc.)
