International Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:
- Responsible and accountable for leading and supervising the International Accounting function including U.S. GAAP reporting requirements, local reporting requirements as well as SOX control requirements
- Manage and develop the team of accountants and outsourced 3rd party accountants operating in different time zones, cultures, and dynamic requirements to ensure the accurate and timely monthly closing and processing of all transactions
- Responsible for ensuring that the international subsidiaries submit all U.S. GAAP reporting requirements to the U.S. Corporate office in a timely manner, but also owns ensuring that each international subsidiary can and do meet their statutory reporting compliance requirements
- Owns and is responsible for standardization and improvement of statutory processes
- Responsible for shaping and designing the process and controls needed while simultaneously creating a culture of continuous improvement for (processes, systems, data, training, people)
- Involved in managing business process transformations and have ownership for the delivery of key record to report programs that have been identified by the management team (on-going and future projects) across multiple global entities
- Collaborates across functions and sites to harmonize requirements and solutions including addressing where there are gaps in reporting in order to ensure compliance with local taxing authorities, including VAT and other country specific requirements
- Works with corporate team members to ensure global process training material and key deliverables exist and are updated

135 to 150K plus 30% target bonus
