Our client, located on the NW side of town, is adding multiple credit & collections specialists to their team. This is a growing and innovative team led by a Director that loves to promote from within!
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- 3-5 years of previous credit/collections (commercial) experience
- BA in Accounting (Associates is acceptable with experience)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships smoothly
- Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivto tab les, etc)
Specialists will be responsible for:
- Processing payments
- Oversee customer data and files to ensure information is current and accurate
- Manage workload in a timely manner and communicating with leadership on a regular basis
