Job Costing of multiple multi million dollar projects

Coordination with lenders for construction draws

Coordination with vendors for discounts

Responsible for all aspects of monthly close and reporting function

Works with CPA on year end tax planning

Interface with high net worth families

Position is for a 40 hour work week M-F 8-5.
