Billing & Accounts Receivable Manager
Salary: Up to $95K Base

Key Responsibilities for the Billing & Accounts Receivable Manager:
• Oversee billing operations and ensure timely, accurate invoice processing
• Manage accounts receivable and drive collection efforts on outstanding balances
• Monitor AR aging, resolve billing discrepancies, and improve payment timelines
• Coordinate offshore support resources and collaborate with local administrative teams
• Implement process improvements to strengthen billing efficiency and collections performance
Qualifications for the Billing & Accounts Receivable Manager:
• Public accounting firm / Professional Services Firm experience required
• Hands-on experience managing both billing and AR/collections functions
• Proven track record of direct collections follow-up and outstanding balance management
• Experience with CCH, iWorQ, or similar practice-management systems preferred
