Key Responsibilities

  • Lead portions of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Support FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow/working capital analysis, variance analysis, financial modeling, KPIs, and management reporting.
  • Manage intercompany accounting across multiple entities, including reconciliations, eliminations, and settlements.
  • Support M&A activity, including financial due diligence, purchase accounting, account mapping, and post-acquisition integration.
  • Partner with operations and leadership to analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability, working capital, and processes.
  • Support ERP implementations, system enhancements, automation, audit/internal controls, and special projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 5–7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
  • Strong foundation in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close.
  • Experience with FP&A, intercompany accounting, and M&A exposure strongly preferred.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP and multi-entity experience required.
