Salary: $125,000 – $130,000 + 100% Bonus Potential + Profit Sharing

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain effective internal controls.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
• Partner with plant leadership to evaluate results and support business strategy development.
• Oversee inventory accounting, reconciliations, financial analysis, and compliance with company policies.
• Lead, develop, and mentor accounting team members.
• Develop KPIs, reporting tools, and actionable financial insights for management.

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• CPA required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Manufacturing, inventory accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and public accounting experience preferred.
