Key Responsibilities of the Controller

• Lead and execute all aspects of full-cycle accounting, including month-end close and bank reconciliations
• Oversee and manage treasury/cash movement functions with detail orientation
• Own balance sheet and P&L management to deliver timely and accurate financials
• Drive the cash conversion cycle and manage AP/AR processes, coaching a future admin hire to proficiency
• Serve as a partner to ownership and executive leadership in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of accounting experience in manufacturing or oil & gas environments
• Demonstrated, hands-on treasury experience (moving dollars, not just GL entries)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
