Salary:
• Staff Accountant I: $60,000 – $70,000
• Staff Accountant II: $70,000 – $80,000

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant I & II:

• Analyze and process financial data for multiple locations
• Perform full-cycle accounting including AP, AR, and payroll activities
• Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts and bank reconciliations
• Record deposits and process payments accurately and timely
• Generate financial reports and supporting schedules
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, FASB, and internal accounting policies

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant I & II:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• 1+ years accounting experience
• Experience with full-cycle accounting and account reconciliations
• Bilingual Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus
