Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant | Financial Reporting:

• Support month-end close and financial reporting processes
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements
• Analyze property-level accounting prepared by third-party management companies
• Serve as the primary contact for auditors and tax advisors requesting financial support
• Perform corporate accounting and account reconciliations
• Assist with reporting packages and executive financial analysis

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant | Financial Reporting:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 2-4 years of accounting experience
• Commercial real estate, public accounting with real estate clients, or family office experience preferred
