Manager, Accounting & Financial Reporting

Salary: $120K – $150K

Key Responsibilities for the Manager, Accounting & Financial Reporting:

• Oversee month-end close and ensure accurate GAAP-compliant financial reporting
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and key accounting areas
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
• Support audits, tax requests, and compliance requirements
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff
• Drive process improvements and ERP/NetSuite enhancements

Qualifications for the Manager, Accounting & Financial Reporting:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience managing month-end close and financial statements
• CPA preferred
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred
