Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:
• Lead and manage the month-end close process, ensuring a timely 5-day close
• Oversee financial reporting, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Partner with FP&A and operations on budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Identify and implement process improvements across accounting operations
• Manage and develop accounting team members
• Support technical accounting and special projects

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Manufacturing accounting experience required
• Prior leadership experience with ownership of month-end close
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge
