Salary: $190,000 – $205,000 base + bonus + profit sharing

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
• Oversee full-cycle accounting, close process, and financial reporting
• Lead and develop a small accounting team
• Partner with executive leadership on financial initiatives and improvements
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and strengthen internal controls
• Provide insights to support business decisions and growth
Qualifications for the Controller:
• Active CPA required
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Controller-level leadership
• Background in both public accounting and industry
• Experience within a mid-sized organization environment
