Controller
Salary: $150K – $200K + 20% Bonus + Profit Sharing

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
• Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance
• Lead cost accounting, inventory, fixed assets, and job costing processes
• Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A and operational leaders on financial performance
• Coordinate audits, budgeting/forecasting, and financial controls
• Analyze financial results and provide insights on key business drivers
Qualifications for the Controller:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA/CMA preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership exposure
• Manufacturing and cost accounting experience required
• Experience with financial reporting, month-end close, and operational accounting
