Senior Accountant Responsibilities

• Lead tax reporting and compliance for partnerships, trusts, individuals, and corporate entities
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries
• Prepare and analyze financial reporting, variances, and supporting schedules across multiple entities
• Maintain tax calendars, estimated payments, extensions, and filing deadlines
• Support process improvements, reporting enhancements, and ERP optimization initiatives
• Assist with audit support, cash flow reporting, and treasury-related activities
• Partner cross-functionally with leadership to ensure accurate reporting and compliance

Senior Accountant Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience with strong high-net-worth tax exposure
• Experience with trusts, partnerships, and individual tax work required
• Strong general ledger and month-end close experience
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUPs
• Experience with Business Central and/or Jet Reports preferred
• CPA or EA strongly preferred but not required
• Strong analytical, organizational, and deadline-management skills
