We are partnering with a privately held, vertically integrated real estate development and investment firm in the Greater Houston area seeking a Corporate Investment Manager to support underwriting, investment analysis, and portfolio performance across a diversified real estate platform.

This is a deal-facing, investment-oriented finance role working directly with leadership on acquisitions, development projects, and capital allocation decisions.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain financial models for development and acquisition opportunities
• Support underwriting and investment committee materials
• Analyze deal returns, cash flows, and portfolio performance vs. pro forma
• Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses to support investment decisions
• Partner with development and acquisitions teams on deal structure and economics
• Support capital planning, financing, and portfolio strategy

What we’re looking for

• 5–10+ years in real estate investment analysis, development finance, REIT, or PE real estate
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
• Experience with underwriting, deal analysis, or investment committee support
• Deep understanding of real estate economics and capital structures
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment
