Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

• Prepare and file sales & use tax, property tax, and state franchise tax filings
• Support federal tax compliance with external advisors (1120s, K‑1s, 5471s, FBAR)
• Manage daily treasury activities including cash positioning and wire transfers
• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual GAAP financial statements
• Support month‑end and year‑end close, journal entries, and reconciliations

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Active CPA license (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting, tax, or treasury experience
• Experience in multi‑entity or multi‑state environments
