Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 base + bonus (targeting 10–15%)

Key Responsibilities for the Finance Manager – FP&A:

• Lead company‑wide budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes
• Deliver consolidated investment return and portfolio performance reporting
• Provide liquidity and cash deployment insights across operating divisions
• Develop and maintain corporate FP&A models, dashboards, and reporting standards
• Partner with accounting, treasury, and divisional finance leaders on capital planning

Qualifications for the Finance Manager – FP&A:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (required)
• CPA or CFA strongly preferred
• 5+ years of relevant FP&A, corporate finance, or investment reporting experience
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting experience in a multi‑entity environment
