Key Responsibilities

• Own FP&A, financial planning, KPI development, and performance management
• Build dashboards across revenue, margins, burn, CAC, runway, and more
• Partner with GTM, Product & Ops to drive insights and guide execution
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling
• Support hiring plans, pricing strategy, investment decisions
• Oversee accounting partners for month-end close, GL accuracy, and compliance
• Prepare financial materials for board and investor discussions

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, or business finance
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and KPI experience
• Experience in VC-backed or high‑growth environments
• SaaS knowledge and comfort with metrics (ARR, CAC, margins, etc.)
• Background managing third‑party accounting teams
