Purpose of the Assistant Controller:
As an Assistant Controller, you will lead a team of accounting managers, oversee the month-end closing and reporting processes, and collaborate with various business and operational teams to drive financial accuracy and strategic insights.

Qualification Requirements of the Assistant Controller:

• Certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Prior experience at a Big 4 accounting firm is highly valued.
• Technical accounting experience is highly valued.
• A minimum of 6 years of accounting experience. Healthcare industry experience a +.
• Must be a team player as you will be working cross departmentally.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-performance teams effectively.
